The big structures such as box culverts,caissons,huge concrect can be easily lifted,moved,then installed by using the airbags.

New Oasis created the method of jack up boc culvets by using airbags,and new techniques to launch caisson derictly,float and transport box culvets.

Doing this way can significantly save nearly 70% installation cost than the traditional installation way but much more safety and flexible and saving time.

The project in the photo was done in 2004.In pratnership with Guangdong Hangsheng Engineering Corp.,we won this contract to move box culvets for Guangdong Huizhou LNG Natural Gas Power Plant,the project required us to relocated and launch 260 pcs box culverts of various sizes in less than 8 months.During the operation,we invented box culverts airbags lifting methord,created new techniques to use airbas to directly launch,float and transport box vulverts. 

New Oasis has done many this kind of projects for the Genertating Plant and Harbor construction engineering,Port construction,Offshore equipment company.In July and August 2005,Guangzhou Rescue & Salvage Bureau used our airbags technology to moce a super heavy water intake pumping station caisson forward for 136m,then relocated the caisson onto a 16000ton-semi-submersible barge named "Zhongren 1601".This caisson weighs almost 5000tons,with height of 10.6m which is equivalent to a 4-story building,its area of 19.2m*30.1m is larger than s basketball court.The success in completing the task has earned us honor of "No.1 in the world".
